Långbro Värdshus is open all day and we serve our guests good food based on the flavours and ingredients of the season. We collect ingredients from the farmer’s pantry, the forest and the garden. Slow cooked dishes, pickles, preserves and berry jam. We love to use ingredients from Sweden’s waters, and you will always find seafood on our menu. The kitchen produces both new and classic dishes from meat, poultry and game, always using plenty of Swedish ingredients.
